Time to lose diets.

Diets are temporary fixes to the real problem. The real problem is an un-healthy lifestyle.

We need to lose diets and get a fitness and nutrition plan for our lives. A plan that will enable us to lose weight and keep it off forever!!!

You can start another diet if you want to, but you will be doing that for the rest of your life. You need to make permanent changes in your lifestyle instead.

Diets always have such a horrible stigma attached to them anyway. The first thing you think of when you hear the word diet, is that you can’t have the things you want.
